5-AXIS CNC MACHINING
Evostyle has two 5-axis CNC's as well as a 3-axis CNC to reduce leadtimes and manufacture even the largest of commercial projects. Both our 5-axis CNC routers have a bed size of 5000 x 1700 x 250mm which can produce large components. Luke has been programming the CNC's for over 10 years and has the knowledge and experience to produce even the most compex products for our customers.
We partner with high-end retailers and designers who are market ready and want to invest in the process of prototyping and producing products that are locally made.
At Evostyle we understand that for a product to be successful it must be designed right, must be made right and must be sold right.
Prototyping can be an expensive and time-consuming part of manufacturing. However, it is a crucial part in the development of a product, and we like to get involved right at the beginning. We find that if our clients understand the manufacturing process, designs can often be tweaked in ways that can save money and make products more viable in the marketplace.
Components and Machining
We sometimes find that other joiners or builders do not have the equipment or expertise to produce complicated components for their project. For this reason, they may come to Evostyle to manufacture certain elements that they can incorporate into their product.
Cad / cam services
At Evostyle, we are one of the only timber furniture manufacturer using the integrated digital design computer package "Topsolid - Wood" in Australia. Developed by Missler Software in France, Topsolid Wood is an integrated design, manufacturing and management software specialised for wood processing. It has powerful 3D CAD modelling facilities, with the addition of industry specific functions for timber custom made furniture.
Unlike other software systems that rely on exporting CAD to a separate CAM add-on, Topsolid is the only integrated system for the designer furniture industry. Therefore changes to your custom made furniture are easily adapted with minimal time and cost implications. Quite simply, if changes are made in the design process, they are also changed in the shop drawings and the ISO code for the CNC machines. This prevents potential communication and technical errors which leads to a better product, whether a boardroom table or one of our bar tables , table tops or designer tables, with minimal time and cost implications.
We work with 3D Cad models supplied, or we can model up your product from sketches.
Wit our solid timber experience and expertise, we look at ways your product can be manufactured in the most appropriate way – appropriate in terms of design, cost and sustainability.
Evostyle has qualified woodturners to handle any custom woodturning project up to 900mm diameter or up to 6m long
